Showcasing Collaboration
The Frassati Trust works in collaboration with other schools and Trusts, local and nationally to provide support and challenge.
'Through National Leader of Education programme and our support schools, Frassati Trust colleagues work collaboratively with schools across the country and closely within our own trust. We learn from each other through the power of facilitated, strategic peer review, quality CPD and collaboration. Drawing on the knowledge and expertise we've developed through working with hundreds of school partnerships across the country, we offer an evidence-informed approach to collaboration between individual schools and MAT's, enabling them to learn, develop and improve together'.
Jacqui Lemaitre, Chief Executive Officer
'In my role as Lead for School Improvement I have the pleasure of collaborating, supporting and sharing good practice with schools beyond our Trust. This work enables opportunities to visit schools, meet with leaders and staff, frequently engaging in rewarding professional discussions. These discussions then lead to positive change and professional development for all involved. Most importantly, collaboration work improves outcomes for pupils and ensures the pursuit of high standards for all. Through developing supportive relationships with schools and colleagues outside of our Trust, we benefit from the sharing of good practice and supporting each other with common challenges and successes.'
